  1. Terms and conditions

a. Definitions and general terms “Application” means this mobile application 

b. “DBS” means DBS Bank Ltd and its successors and assigns

 c. “iTEA” means MAXIUS TRADING PTE LTD and its successors and assigns and outlets operating under the name “ iTEA”

d. “Payment platform “ means the payment service embedding DBS as contained in this Application

 e. “Transaction” means any transaction made within the application through the payment platform for the purchase of product from ITEA

 f. “You” means a user of this application.

 g. This application embeds DBS payment methods. Therefore, these terms and conditions governing the use of the application and payment platform (“terms”) incorporates DBS terms and conditions governing electronic services (“electronic Terms”) and other terms and conditions which may be expressly stated in these terms. 


2. Use of application and payment platform

 a. By accessing and using the application and the payment platform to make a transaction, you agree to be bound by the terms and electronic terms.

 b. To access the application you will be required to provide your mobile number with your password (“account”) in order to use the payment platform to make a transaction.

 c. For each transaction should you choose to receive a transaction receipt it shall only be sent to your valid email address registered with the account.

3. Acknowledgement and agreement

 3.1 You acknowledge and agree that:

 iTEA is responsible for the content in the application and its accuracy and DBS shall not be liable whatsoever for the stated content

You will be responsible to your mobile service provider for all data charges relating to:

 a. download of application\n b. any updates you request in relation to application and

 c. your ongoing access to and use of the application

 You are solely responsible for any access to and use of your password notwithstanding that your password may have been used by any other person without your knowledge, authority and/or consent

 any feature or functionality of the application may be change at any time without any prior notice to you. your continued use of the application shall be deemed to be your conclusive acceptance of such changes.

 4. Law and jurisdiction

 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore court

 Privacy policy

 This Privacy Policy (“ Policy”) Describes how MAXIUS TRADING PTE LTD and its parent and other affiliated companies (“iTEA”) collect, use and disclose personal information of customers through our website and online services , including www.itea.sg,mobile application and other iTEA owned or operated websites and online services that link to this policy through our programs and in our physical stores. This policy does not apply to websites and services that display or to different privacy statement. By accessing the sites or utilising the services, you hereby consent to use of your information, including your personal information in the manner described in this policy.\n 5.What types of information does iTEA Collect?

a.Personal information that maybe collected by ITEA may include:

 Name, gender, phone number, and email address

 b.We may also collect information about you such as:

 If you create an account- your username, password, your birthday, gender, nationality and mobile number

 IF you buy products at our store-what you buy, where you buy, how you frequently you buy, rewards you earn and reward you redeem.

 IF you use our iwallet-wallet transaction, load value, balance enquiries

 IF you make payment, card information will only be store in your device app, iTEA will not keep any of your card information

 c.Does iTEA share personal information with third parties?

 iTEA may share or disclose your personal information in limited ways:

 with our parent and other affiliated entities

 with agents,vendors or services providers who provide support services to us (such as credit card processors or other payment services providers) and/or other third parties who help us market our products and services and assist us by communicating (directly or indirectly) with our customers (such as email vendors and social media and engagement platforms)

 d.How is personal information secured?

 iTEA takes reasonable steps to maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative security to help prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of personal information.

6.Privacy policy updates

 This privacy policy may be edited by us from time to time. When we do so,The new privacy policy will be posted on this page, and the date will be changed. We encourage you to check the date of our privacy policy when you visit this site for any updates or changes. We will notify you of any modified versions of the privacy policy that might materially affect the way we use or disclose your personal information.

 7.Refund and cancellation

 a. There will be a cancellation fee for each cancellation made after the order been confirmed.

 b. Free cancellation before confirmation time expires.

 c. Cancellation fee of 50%(total bill) will be charged, while the rest of the amount will be refunded into your iwallet.

 d. Any form of refund, the amount will be credited into your iwallet account

 e. IF the use of vouchers has been employed, cancellation amount will be based on the actual pricing of the drinks, the used voucher will be returned you.

 f. IF the used voucher amount is smaller than the actual price of the drinks, the voucher will be counted as redeemed
